Integrity Claims Management Ltd are FCA regulated, and ABI Credit Hire providers.

First established in 1998 we began with just two vehicles. We now own a fleet of over 200 vehicles available for hire, from class 'A' through to executive models taxis and light commercial.

With our resources, the service we provide is, quite simply, second to none and we have earned our reputation as a market leader in the field of claims management and replacement vehicle provision .

As a broker only company we understand the importance of efficient claims handling to retain client loyalty.

As a management company of road traffic accidents, we take on claims and see them through to their resolution. This involves making a full claim from the third party insurance on behalf of our clients to recover their losses including out of pocket expenses and loss of earnings.

Our service completely removes the pressure and tension involved in making a successful claim and affords the client minimal inconvenience. We provide a replacement vehicle for the duration that a customers vehicle is unusable and manage their own vehicle's repair. Repairs carried out come with full guarantees and warranties
