MOTOR LEGAL EXPENSES INSURANCE*
If you are the victim of a non-fault road traffic collision this policy will assist you in recovering your losses and compensation by providing up to £100,000 of legal cover. Contact us at the earliest opportunity and we will take care of the situation, including appointing a solicitor to assist you.
15 DAY EMERGENCY VEHICLE REPLACEMENT*
If your vehicle is stolen, immobilised after a fault accident, or credit hire is not available following a non-fault accident, we will arrange a replacement vehicle for up to 15 days whilst your claim is handled by your motor insurer. A replacement vehicle will be provided if your insurer is unable to arrange a courtesy vehicle via
their approved repairer, to ensure that you are kept on the road.
NON-FAULT LIKE FOR LIKE VEHICLE REPLACEMENT
In the event your vehicle is classified as un-roadworthy due to a motor accident that was not your fault, you will be provided with a suitable replacement vehicle until your vehicle has been repaired or until 7 days after a total loss payment has been received.
24/7 ACCIDENT RECOVERY SERVICE
If your vehicle is classified as un-roadworthy due to a motor accident, we will arrange recovery of your vehicle from the accident scene (max 3500kg) and transferred to a 24 hour secure storage facility. In addition, we will arrange onward travel for all occupants to your intended destination (mainland UK only).
MANAGING YOUR MOTOR CLAIM
In the event of a road traffic collision, a dedicated representative
will be appointed on your behalf to manage the insurance claim.
This includes fault, non-fault, theft, fire and flood or windscreen damage.
PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION WITH A QUALIFIED SOLICITOR
A solicitor will be appointed on your behalf, where they will provide you with a 15 minute FREE consultation on any legal issue regarding your claim.
GLASS REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT SERVICE
In the event your windscreen is damaged, Integrity Claims management will assist in arranging the repair or replacement.
POTHOLE ALLOY WHEEL DAMAGE ASSISTANCE RECOVERY
Should your vehicle suffer damage due to a pothole, Integrity Claims Management‘s dedicated personal claims handler will arrange repairs though your insurers and then seek recovery from the relevant local authority for any associated expense you may have incurred.
GUARANTEED COURTESY CAR
In the event you have a fault accident and your vehicle is deemed repairable, an Integrity Claims Management’s Approved Repairer will supply you with a vehicle up to a 1.6L manual/automatic saloon courtesy vehicle for the duration of the repairs.This is a service benefit provided by Integrity and complements your insured cover outlined in Section 2. In these circumstances Multi Cover will ensure that you remain on the road for the duration of your vehicles repair.
GUARANTEED COURTESY VAN
In the event you have a fault accident and your commercial vehicle is deemed repairable, an Integrity Claims Management Approved Repairer will supply you with a replacement van up to 3500kg courtesy van, for the duration of the repairs. This is a service benefit provided by Integrity and complements your insured cover outlined in Section 2. In these circumstances Multi Cover will ensure that you remain on the road for the duration of your vehicles repair.
ILLEGAL CLAMPING AND TOWING ASSISTANCE
If your vehicle has been subject to illegal clamping or towing, we will appoint a solicitor to provide assistance.
VEHICLE CLONING ASSISTANCE
In the event of civil or criminal proceedings being issued against you with respect of your vehicle identity being used by someone without your permission, we will appoint a solicitor to provide assistance.
UNINSURED LOSS RECOVERY*
In the event you are involved in an accident which is not your fault, you may still have consequential losses that are not covered by your own motor insurance policy. These are classified as ‘uninsured’
losses and can include:
• Your policy excess and any loss of earnings you suffer.
• Transport costs incurred by you as a result of being without your vehicle (car hire, bus fares, and taxi fares) plus any personal items damaged in the accident.
Under the provisions of this policy, a dedicated personal claim handler will be assigned to pursue a recovery of these losses on your behalf.
IDENTITY THEFT ASSISTANCE
Identity theft can be extremely worrying. In the event your identity is compromised Integrity Claims Management will offer assistance, guidance and advice on how best to deal with this matter, to help you avoid any personal losses.
MOTOR PROSECUTION INSURANCE*
If you receive what you consider to be an unfair or wrong notice of intention to prosecute you for a motoring offence, we will provide you with up to £100,000 of legal cover providing you have a reasonable prospect of success in defending the matter.
TOOLS IN TRANSIT RECOVERY
In the event of a non-fault accident, we will seek to recover all the cost of tools or any other damaged items from the at-fault insurer on your behalf, as part of an uninsured loss claim in 13 above.
TOTAL LOSS NEGOTIATION
In the event of your vehicle being classified a ‘Total Loss’ your personal dedicated claims handler will assist you to negotiate
an agreed settlement with the insurers.
EUROPEAN ASSISTANCE
If you are involved in a Road Traffic Collision anywhere within EU territory, we will assist you to locate a suitable recovery agent. Upon your return to the UK we will provide further assistance to help you make an insurance claim, arrange repairs, obtain a replacement vehicle (subject to eligibility) and recover losses you may have incurred.
